Kinzua Rocks the Wake was born from a simple but bold idea. Transform the Allegheny Reservoir into the heart of a high-energy, must-see event that puts McKean and Warren Counties on the map.
With a shared vision, the Allegheny National Forest and Warren County Visitors Bureaus joined forces to create a free, three-day Labor Day weekend festival that blends outdoor adventure with entertainment for all ages. From professional water ski and jet ski stunt shows to live music, food trucks, craft brews, and family-friendly activities, every element was designed to showcase the region’s natural beauty and boost local tourism. This event is more than a celebration—it’s a powerful step toward economic growth and making the reservoir a go-to destination for years to come.
